I am collecting a list of things you should not do when you are pregnant.

  1. Do not starve yourself and your body
  2. Do not stand for a long time or cross your
  3. Do not lift heavy weight
  4. Do not dye your hair
  5. Do not do the strenuous works and avoid advanced or heavy exercise.
  6. Do not use cleaning chemicals when you clean the house.
  7. You have to not take too much of the herbs like cinnamon, parley and basil.
  8. You Should Avoid Stress
  9. You Should Avoid Raising Your Body Temperature
  10. You Should Avoid Caffeine
  11. You Should Avoid Fish
  12. You Should Avoid Microwaves
  13. You Should Avoid Drinking Tap Water if Possible
  14. You Should Focus on Your Child and Avoid Negative Thoughts and Actions
    • You Should Be Sure to Get Enough Fat in Your Diet
    • You Should Eat Well and Get Plenty of Exercise
      • You Should Eat Plenty of Protein
        • You Should Take Prenatal Vitamins
          • You Should Get Regular Medical Exams
            • You Should Get the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) for Folic Acid
